Canon is a Chicago-raised, Phoenix-based rap artist, producer, and audio/video engineer known for his explosive energy, cinematic sound, and DIY creative approach. Often referred to as “Loose Canon,” the name reflects both his high-impact music and performance style, as well as his Loose Canon EP series (Vol. 1–3).

Raised in a family of five, Canon grew up grounded in Christian faith while also experiencing many of the harsh realities of life. For more than 15 years, he has used his music and platform to inspire and encourage listeners, believing that being a light in dark times is not optional — it’s necessary.

Canon’s music speaks directly to people who refuse to quit. The underdogs. The fighters. The ones in the 4th quarter with almost nothing left, still searching for a reason to keep pushing forward. His sound blends inspiration and emotion, creating music that connects with listeners both where they are and where they hope to be.

Beyond the mic, Canon’s entrepreneurial mindset and creative versatility shine through his hands-on approach to music and content creation. He has written and produced Billboard-charting records and secured gaming sync placements with titles and brands including NBA 2K, Fortnite, and Once Human, along with collaborations across sports, fashion, beverage, television, and influencer campaigns.

Canon has built his brand through Reflection Music Group and has toured and collaborated with artists including Lecrae, Andy Mineo, KB, Trip Lee, Derek Minor, Aaron Cole, Paul Wall, and many more.
